    Are you interested in joining a fun-loving, hardworking community of food and beverage enthusiasts? An up-and-coming European-style bakery café in the heart of Falls Church City is seeking a Guest Experience Associate. This position is best suited to highly motivated individuals with experience in premium hospitality or retail backgrounds who can collaborate with other team members to deliver outstanding customer service to all guests.
    Duties will include:
    • Greeting guests promptly, cheerfully, and courteously.
    • Conducting regular inspections of indoor and outdoor dining areas, and bussing and cleaning up tables and surfaces as needed.
    • Interacting with guests to inquire about food quality and ensure that service is up to their expectations, including both bakery guests and hotel guests.
    • Recording customer feedback and reporting to management.
    • Replenishing supplies available to guests and reporting replacement needs to the kitchen.
    • Maintaining first and second-floor areas accessed by guests organized and tidy, including hallways.
    • Notifying cleaning staff if bathrooms or other areas need attention.
    • Delivering orders placed by Meeting House hotel guests to individual rooms.
    • Taking initiative when a need is identified, and performing other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager.

    Requirements:
    • 2 years of proven experience in a client-facing position with increasing levels of responsibility within a premium hospitality setting.
    • Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor throughout all guest interactions.
    • Enthusiasm for helping others and a natural servant-leader mentality.
    • Desire to build genuine relationships with guests.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Strong management skills.
    • A polished and tasteful presence.
    • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • The ability to stand for extended periods.
    • High school diploma or GED.
