Tilly Therapy is looking for dedicated, compassionate professionals to provide in-school care for students with special needs.

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll be responsible for assisting Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in implementing behavior plans in the school setting.

You'll help patients with day-to-day activities, monitor behavior, record and collect data on patients' progress, and communicate with caregivers.

What You'll Do:

Provide inperson behavior intervention services
Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans
Collect and record data
Follow Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines and codes of conduct
Attend team meetings and complete team / individual training sessions
Collaborate with teachers, school social workers, counselors, and others involved with care of students

What You Bring:

-
Current RBT certification:

Highschool degree or equivalent (AA a plus)
Experience working with individuals that have autism or other special needs
Childcare experience (nanny, babysitter, mentor, tutor, coach, counselor)
Creative problem solver in dynamic environments
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate standard office equipment
Ability to walk, run, stand for long periods, kneel, crawl, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and valid driver's license required
A desire to help others gain valuable life skills and use that as motivation for your own advancement
