    We\'re very excited that you are interested in growing your career with us Primary Duties & Responsibilities Applies engineering best practices in order to analyze and develop software solutions.

    Develops software using established development and continuous integration practices. Applies established monitoring and automation processes. Conducts code evaluations. Participates in setting team standards and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience. 1-3 years professional experience required. Familiarity using continuous integration and deployment concepts. At least 1 year experience with specific technical requirements/platforms (i.e. Java, JavaScript, .NET, Python). Familiarity with public cloud and associated technologies (AWS, Azure, Containerization). Strong technical skills. Understanding of your business domain. Able to mentor new team members. Can communicate clearly to the business.

    #LI-Hyrbid Compensation Range:

    Pay Range
    • Start: \$82,670.
    00 Pay Range
    • End: \$153,530.
    00 Northwestern Mutual pays on a geographic-specific salary structure and placement in the salary range for this position will be determined by a number of factors including the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; the scope, complexity as well as the cost of labor in the market; and other conditions of employment.

    At Northwestern Mutual, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
