Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all stages of the project life cycle
  • Manage Submittals, RFIs, change orders,
  • Create Meeting minutes and run project meetings
  • Manage project budget
  • Manage sub contractors
  • Provide timely status reports to stakeholders

Qualifications:


  • 6+ years of experience
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Industry knowledge
  • Detailoriented and strong communication skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract


Pay:
$125, $160,000.00 per year


Compensation package:

  • Bonus opportunities

Experience level:

  • 6 years

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
