Responsibilities:


  • Conduct research, planning, design, and development of communications programs.
  • Prepare statistical reports and handle information requests.
  • Plan, coordinate, or edit content of material for publication.
  • Develop stakeholder analyses and outreach approaches.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Up to 3 years (Junior), 310 years (Journeyman), or over 10 years (Senior) of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Homeland Security or US Customs preferred.
