- Collaborate with senior developers and other team members to gather and understand business requirements.
- Customize, configure, and develop ServiceNow applications and modules. This includes utilizing JavaScript to create scripts both on the front-end user experience and back-end processes. Additionally, utilize APIs and webservers to interact with outside systems and integrate the tool.
- Assist in the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide support and maintenance of existing ServiceNow processes.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices and emerging technologies.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance processes.
- Candidate must have an active TS/SCI with a Full Scope Polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical, or Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
- 6-8 years of related Software Development experience.
- Familiarity with Agile.
- A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of ServiceNow development.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Certified ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- Prior ServiceNow experience.
- Basic knowledge of Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) concepts.
