- Ph.
- Experience in experimental physics and an understanding of optics
- Specific technologies of interest are: quantum optics, physical chemistry, highenergy/particle physics, and AMO (atomic, molecular, optical) physics.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on tasks quickly

- Passion for science and technology
- Skills in firstprinciples analysis and/or theoretical physics
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of emerging science and technology R&D opportunities
- Generating briefing materials and agency documents
- Program management at all stages over the program lifecycle
