    JOB OPPORTUNITY: CT Technologist in Richmond, VA

    • Base Salary: $32.95/hr. to $48.42/hr.
    • Location: Jahnke Road, Richmond, VA 23225
    • Shifts: Multiple Shift Options Available (including weekends and evenings)

    Compensation:

    • Base Salary: $32.95/hr (0 years experience) to $48.42/hr (10+ years)
    • Differentials: Night, Weekend, and Evening Shifts
      Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000 for qualified applicants
      Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

    Job Summary and Qualifications:

    • Education: Graduate of AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology.
    • Licensure/Certification:
      • ARRT certification required.
      • ARRT - CT Technology Certification within 6 months of hire.
      • BLS Health Care Provider certification from American Heart Association.
    • Experience: One year as a CT technologist preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Perform high-quality CT scans following established protocols; adjust protocols as needed.
    • Comply with radiation safety guidelines; utilize personal protective equipment.
    • Efficiently operate CT scanner and perform necessary computer operations.
    • Provide professional and courteous patient care.
    • Prepare examination rooms, monitor supplies, and maintain cleanliness.
    • Assist radiologists with administering medication, contrast agents, and biopsies.
    • Review exams for technical accuracy and complete verification process.
    • Maintain patient confidentiality and complete personal educational requirements.
