Are you good at coordinating and always keeping an overview?

Then you've come to the right place

We are looking for a full-time warehouse/logistics employee for a full-service logistics company at our location in Lehrte. This family-owned company is one of the top ten logistics companies in Europe. Employees can expect openness, tolerance, appreciation, and opportunities for development.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and approving incoming orders
  • Monitoring order processing
  • Point of contact for service providers
  • Creating shipping documents
  • Handling clarification cases
  • Reporting daily closing
  • Creating evaluations and statistics
  • Receiving and forwarding staff absences
  • Preparing registration data for operational employees
This is initially a maternity leave replacement with the possibility of extension.


Qualifications:

  • Training or relevant work experience in logistics
  • Good computer skills (warehouse management software, MS Office)
  • Willingness to work shifts
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
  • Flexibility, reliability, and teamwork
