Job DescriptionCJ Charles Jewelers is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

A Service Coordinator duty is to provide excellent customer service following up on after sales service and follow the repair process from start to finish.

They must work to ensure customer satisfaction.

CJ Charles Jewelers Service Coordinators are asked to share the quality standards and collection information with their clients and assist in maintaining the aesthetic quality of the Boutique.

A Service Coordinator is required to have a strong understanding of Customer Services needs and customer priorities, excellent computer skills and strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

A Service Coordinator needs to have the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.

At this time, we are not sponsoring work visas. Applicants must have valid work authorization for employment is the USA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Sales Achievement:
Consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly service targets.

Ensure that each client receives outstanding and exceptional customer service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of Customer Service before, during and after sales client

Negotiate and handle objections with ease

Monitor Inventory levels of parts and maintain orders as needed

Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service, partnering with Management to develop a plan for their clients and prospects

Consistently and accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building effectively

Appropriately resolve client issues/concerns and escalate as needed to Management

Client networking events

Daily Operations:
Understand and comply with all security and operational policies and procedures of CJ Charles Jewelers

Assist with daily set-up and breakdown of the boutique

Daily status checks on open repair tickets and parts updating clients on any delays

Daily shipping and receiving of all Service Department related items

Required Experience:
2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality environment

General knowledge of jewelry & watches

Technical Skills:
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment

Computer and internet Savvy

MS Office experience required

Personal Skills/Abilities:
Additional language skills are a plus

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required

Strong understanding of Customer Service needs

Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision

Uphold CJ Charles image by maintaining professional demeanor at all times

Self-Starter with Team-Player approach

Must be available to work retail hours including weekends/nights and to travel for trainings, client events, conferences
