Responsibilities:

Ensure that our organization complies with all relevant laws and regulations at all times
Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of real estate law and litigation
Support M&A transactions, including deal structuring, document drafting, due diligence, negotiations, and postclosing activities
Manage multiple ongoing transactions simultaneously
Negotiate partnerships and contracts with external service providers
Provide legal support for our international expansion and other strategic initiatives
Serve as a liaison with other departments (such as Finance, HR, Product, and Marketing) to provide practical and commercial legal advice that meets business needs
Coordinate with external legal advisors

Requirements:

Fully qualified lawyer (with a 2nd judicial state exam), ideally with 46 years of experience in an inhouse position or as an attorney; experience in a tech company is a plus
Proven ability to provide sound and practical advice and act as a trusted business partner
Strong analytical skills to prioritize, manage, and multitask in a fastpaced environment
Expertise in litigation and real estate is mandatory; experience in M&A, GDPR, and consumer protection law is a plus
