Job Overview:

Duties:


  • Manage daytoday operations of the health services department
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
  • Review and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with Medicare and HIPAA regulations
  • Oversee medical records management and ensure confidentiality
  • Utilize physiology knowledge to assess patient needs and monitor their wellbeing
  • Coordinate patient monitoring activities and ensure appropriate care is provided
  • Supervise assisted living services within the facility

Qualifications:

  • Current LVN licensure required. Current RN licensure preferred; Experience in longterm care community health, geriatric and/or rehabilitative nursing desirable; 5 years' experience working in a senior community and have supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in nurse management or healthcare administration
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support staff
  • Proficient in documentation review and regulatory compliance
  • Knowledge of Medicare and HIPAA regulations
  • Understanding of medical records management processes
  • Familiarity with patient monitoring techniques
  • Experience in overseeing assisted living services

Pay:
From $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
