Hiring:
Equipment Operator/Laborer
Job Type:
Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain agricultural equipment such as sprayers, spreaders, and other specialized machinery.
- Follow integrated pest management (IPM) practices to minimize chemical usage and environmental impact while maximizing crop yields.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Requirements:
- Ability to achieve appropriate licensing.
- Ability to work around chemicals and obtain hazmat.
- Must be able to work overtime hours in peak seasons (fall and spring).
- Able to maintain Class A CDL with financial assistance from company.

$59, $64,500.00 per year
