Description
Our client is looking to hire a full-time contract Marketing Coordinator to support their team The ideal candidate will be highly organized, is a strong verbal and written communicator, and has proven experience creating marketing deliverables such as newsletters, emails, presentations and more.
LOCATION:
Fully Onsite in Grand Rapids, MI (no flex)
TARGET START DATE:
Mid May
JOB TYPE:
Contract-to-Hire, Hourly, W2, Benefits Optional*HOURS:
40 hours/week
What youll be doing:
Develop creative content and messaging.
Craft messaging for marketing communication platforms.
Act as a liaison between marketing and parent brands.
Lead local marketing efforts to implement brand strategies.
Revise the newsletter template.
Send bi-weekly emails for employee recognition.
Develop, edit and proof PowerPoint presentations.
Minimum Qualifications:
1+ years of marketing coordinator experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and e-mail marketing tools
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strict brand guidelines
Ability to showcase samples of work highly preferred
Who you are:
You are organized and have excellent time management skills
You have high attention to detail and are solutions oriented
You have strong and proactive verbal and written communication skills
You are self-motivated and require minimal direction to get jobs done
