About us:
We are currently looking for an in-house IT consultant for Microsoft 365 (m/f/d) for our partner company. This Frankfurt-based company is seeking support in their Frankfurt office with minimal travel required. Do you enjoy supporting customers in IT administration, support, and projects? Then here are all the important key facts.


Responsibilities:

  • Handling inquiries and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 services, preferably Teams, Sharepoint, Planner, and OneDrive
  • Assisting with the implementation of new specialized applications based on Microsoft 36
  • Supporting the administration of Microsoft 36
  • Conducting requirement analyses for clients (workshops)
  • Planning and conducting training sessions
  • Creating technical concepts and documentation

Profile:

  • You have professional experience, a degree, or training in the IT field
  • Good to excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 technology
