Company DescriptionEnprotech is a supplier of repair, rebuilding, and field services for the metal forming and steel industry.

We are rapidly growing and looking to expand our team Enprotech is in search of positive attitudes that can provide urgency and innovative solutions to our customers.

Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Manage daily activities of CNC Machinist and Setup Technicians, as well as Welders.
Review all new jobs.
Provide required information to the Project Managers for quoting process.
Provide general support to production supervisors and team as needed.
Manage the tooling inventory and budget for the Machine Shop.
Ensure production, safety, and quality procedures are being followed.
Assess, train, and coach to improve department's overall performance.
Coordinate process flow with other departments.

QualificationsAbilities:
Minimum 5 years supervisory experience.
Strong CNC programing skills on mills and lathes.
Experience with CAD-CAM software.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
Computer literate.
Ability to work Enprotech's 1st shift hours of Monday-Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm.
