Team Select Home Care is looking for LNA Instructor to join our Team Select family.

The LNA Instructor is a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who will lead our LNA program located in Salem, NH and Derry, NH.

This is a Full-time permanent position Monday-Friday role.

2 weeks will be spent in office (Salem) 8:30a-4:30p with the following 2 weeks in the lab located in Derry with hours of 7a-3p.


Responsibilities:


  • Implement the program
  • Assist to provide orientation of the students to each clinical facility.
  • Assure that each student is identified as a student in a manner easily recognizable to clients, family members, visitors and staff
  • Help plan for classroom, laboratory and clinical learning experiences
  • Together with Office Coordinator, Program Coordinator, and Governing Body, ensure that there will be instructors to provide assistance and guidance to students
  • Demonstrate knowledge and adherence to the procedures of Avanza Training Inc. and helps hold staff accountable for carrying out the responsibilities outlined in the manuals
  • Confidentiality of all employee, student and company issues
  • Perform all other job tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Have active LPN or RN nursing license
  • Have at least one (1) year of nursing experience
  • Leadership capabilities
