- Complete Binding Authority (about 40 hours).
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- You must have your Texas General Lines P&C license or be willing to obtain a Texas General Lines P&C license. If you don't have your license, we are willing to help you get one.
- Being people-oriented and self-motivated will greatly impact your overall success in this position.
- You must be able to communicate effectively and have exceptional written, verbal and listening skills.
- You must be able to use a computer and telephone system.
