    Our organization is seeking an experienced Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team.

    This exciting role requires a highly skilled professional who will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of automated manufacturing systems.

    The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, able to think critically and creatively to find innovative solutions to complex challenges.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop and implement control systems for automated manufacturing processes.
    • Program and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) to ensure optimal performance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
    • Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
    • Continuously monitor and analyze system performance, making adjustments and updates as necessary.
    • Provide technical support and training to other team members and stakeholders.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, advancements, and best practices in automation and control systems.
    • Ensure all work complies with relevant safety regulations and standards.
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, specifications, and manuals.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the engineering industry.
    • Expertise in PLC programming, control systems design, and industrial control.
    • Proven experience in automation and project management.
    • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
    • Proficiency in using industry-standard software and tools.
    • Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently when required.
    • Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
