POSITION OVERVIEW
Carel USA is seeking a proactive Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the HVAC OEM sector in the Southeast region. The ideal candidate will focus on building and managing long-term client relationships, identifying new sales prospects, and promoting our complete product range. By providing product training, explaining value propositions, and leveraging technical expertise, you will effectively showcase CAREL's energy-efficient HVAC control solutions to OEM clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESKEY COMPETENCIES
QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate should have an Engineering Degree or equivalent experience in HVAC-related fields. Proficiency in presenting information to diverse audiences and problem-solving skills are essential.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role involves travel of up to 50% and operates in a standard office setting, with occasional exposure to mechanical and weather-related conditions.
