Lines Account Manager (In Training)
Columbia Insurance Agency is seeking someone looking for a career in the insurance industry and not just day job.

This position will consist of learning the insurance business in order to become a fully licensed personal lines account manager.

• Proficient with using MS Office products (Outlook, Word and Excel)

Essential Duties/Functions:

• Greet walkin customers
• Answer and route incoming calls accordingly
• Process payments for customers
• Learn to prepare quotes, binders, certificates and other commonly used documents for existing clients as requested
• Learn to service insurance policy renewal process for personal lines clients
• Follow up with clients to answer any questions or concerns
• Build and manage relationships with prospects and existing clients
• Provide complete and accurate information when interacting with prospects and existing clients
• Understand potential for errors or omissions and seek guidance when necessary
• Consistently meet all personal KPI goals
• Adhere to all agency policies and procedures
• Keep up to date with required continued education
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of High School Diploma (required)
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• 1 year of personal lines insurance experience (preferred)

Pay:
$35, $45,000.00 per year
