    Vibe Car Wash is seeking Shift Leaders / Customer Service Associates to join our growing team Growing car wash business in Plano is looking for a qualified applicant with excellent supervisory and customer service skills to help manage a team in a fast-paced, high customer traffic environment.

    This position is eligible for sales incentives, making paycheck potential limitless

    Pay: Starting pay at $15/hr plus sales incentives

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure that all customers are receiving the ultimate VIBE Car Wash Experience at all times by engaging with them and getting consistent feedback
    • Check every customer vehicle before it enters the wash to ensure that the vehicle does not have any visible safety issues
    • Facilitate the speedy processing of customer vehicles by following the correct procedure for every vehicle through the car wash
    • Guide on customers to the conveyor using distinctive and clear hand signals and a smile on your face
    • Review the entrance end sign instructions with every customer
    • Give the customer a "thumbs-up" sign when their vehicle is placed correctly and ready to start the wash process
    • Continually clean all areas of the car wash between guiding customers onto the conveyor
    • Perform preventive maintenance on the car wash equipment

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
    • Successful track record of supervision in a department or a store
    • Demonstrated ability to train and develop entry-level employees
    • Mechanical proficiency due to technical job requirements
    • High physical energy

    Physical Demands:

    • Regular physical mobility including reaching, grabbing, lifting, and ability to handle heavy equipment
    • Frequent walking, standing, and being on your feet for long periods of time
    • Working in non-climate-controlled environments and outside in all weather conditions
