    Excitingly, as a Field Service Engineer at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, you play a vital role in meeting the client's needs, directly impacting patient well-being.

    This role is part of the Service Organization based in Miami, FL and offers full remote work options. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to continuously revolutionize healthcare, one diagnosis at a time. Join the Field Service Team, report to the Field Service Supervisor, and handle troubleshooting, installations, preventative maintenance, and service repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Autonomously manage troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair of Beckman Coulter equipment, providing top-notch service to customers and conducting technical product training.
    • Ensure accurate service logs, internal records, parts ordering, and compliance with set timelines. Utilize business platforms like OBI, Salesforce, and SharePoint for Service Call Planning, contributing to team objectives.
    • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, grasp and fulfill their needs, and mentor new Field Service Engineers.

    Requirements:

    • Associate degree or equivalent military background. Applicants with relevant military experience will be assessed case by case.
    • Minimum of 1 year's experience diagnosing and fixing mechanical, electronic, and robotics equipment.
    • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving history. Must be able to travel, lift up to 50 lbs unaided, and perform physical tasks. Excellent dexterity and mobility are required.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair experience.
    • Establishing positive relationships with stakeholders for improved customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Educational background in biomed, engineering, or related technical field.
