The position is full time and in-person in the Delaware studio. No design experience is necessary.

  • Oversee the daytoday operations across departments
  • Run and review appropriate reports to monitor the business and work with the team on changes as needed
  • Assist upper management with priority projects
  • Communicate ideas between upper management and the team
  • Lead human resources responsibilities, including recruiting and employee training & development
  • Lead team meetings and 1x1s with direct reports
  • Hold self and team accountable to completion of all assigned tasks
  • Manage system and software connectivity and updates
  • Proactively design and implement procedures to improve productivity and employee morale
  • Other duties as assigned

Pay:
From $70,000.00 per year
