Client Service Associate

Position Responsibilities:

• General office operational/administrative/clerical support
• Onboard and service investor accounts in a timely, accurate and compliant manner
• Process client cash and account management requests (paper & electronic)
• Review, maintain, and submit client information and transactions into multiple systems, including portfolio accounting and CRM systems
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of relevant experience in the Financial Services industry preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Work, Publisher, & Outlook)
• Technologically savvy and quick to learn proprietary and vendor software
• Ability to multitask, meet daily deadlines and maintain a high level of quality, detailoriented
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Some experience in finance and general knowledge of investments
• Ability to work effectively on your own, as well as with Advisors and other team members
• Reliable, with a positive attitude; flexibility to work outside standard hours if necessary

$60,000. Salary range scales with experience
