Description

Valley Professionals Community Health Center (VPCHC) is looking for a dentist to join its compassionate and outstanding team in its Cayuga office.

  • Valley Professionals is a Federally Qualified Health Center located in several locations throughout westcentral Indiana. Our mission is to provide comprehensive integrated healthcare for all individuals and families while promoting health education opportunities for the community, students, and health care professionals. We strive to have a great work culture, in which we support a strong worklife balance.

Valley Professionals offers excellent benefits, including:

  • Base salary of pay $122,000-$184,000 (based on experience, all pay is negotiable)
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance with Health and Flexible Savings Account options
  • Employer paid life insurance, shortterm and longterm disability
  • Generous paid time off
  • 8 paid holidays
  • 403b Retirement plan with 6% match after 1 year of employment
  • Tuition reimbursement up to $4,000 per year
  • Qualified for National Health Service Corps Student Loan Repayment Site and Public Student Loan Forgiveness
Continuing Medical Education is encouraged through monetary and CME time allowances (in addition to the PTO)

VPCHC celebrated its 15th anniversary this year and has grown exponentially in that time, from only 4 employees at the beginning to over 250 today.

There is currently much momentum for growth and expansion, especially in our dental program. Our dental program first began in Bloomingdale in 2013 with two part-time dentists. It has since grown to our Cayuga and Crawfordsville offices.

Both offices currently operate under one dentist and we are looking to increase service offerings to the communities that we serve.

VPCHC is looking for a dentist who has a passion for caring for the underserved populations in a mostly rural setting.

VPCHC has an integrated model of care whereby the dentist will work alongside our medical and behavioral health providers in treating the whole person.

Some of the services provided by the dentist would include examining the patient's teeth, gums and related issues and develop appropriate treatment plans.

In addition, the dentist will work with the patient on preventative dental care, the causes and treatment of dental programs, and oral health services.
