Northern Behavioral Solutions is currently looking for a qualified BCBA and experienced individuals with their Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification.

• Implement assessments for program placement and to measure progress
• Conduct behavioral assessments
• Monitor ABA therapy sessions
• Provide training, evaluation, supervision, and feedback for Behavior Therapist in homebased environments
• Caregiver training
• Documentation of ongoing progress with clients
• Assist in the development behavior intervention plans
• Data analysis of current treatment plans
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ensure effective communication between all team members
• Monitor the development of children in home, the community, and/or other natural settings
• Maintain caseload of billable hours in addition to supervisory duties
• Active drivers license and willing to travel up to 45 minutes from current residence to meet a client's home.
• 2550% Telehealth to improve quality of service and access to clients
• 20 minimum billable hours for full time

• BCBA certification
• LBA in the state of Michigan
• Demonstrate excellent leadership
• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field (preferred)
