Position:
Community Liaison
Great Lakes Home Health Care seeks a dynamic and compassionate Community Liaison to join our team.

As a Community Liaison, you will play a vital role in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with the community, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.

Your primary focus will be promoting awareness of Great Lakes Home Health Care's services, fostering collaboration, and enhancing the company's presence within the community.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.
• Visit Doctors' offices, hospital discharge desks, Assisted Living facilities, and other possible sources of referrals to present Agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Analyze the company's organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses. Analyze past and current marketing data.
• Complete an analysis of the company's "product" line.
• Analyze patient/company relationships.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.
• Develop a marketing plan, identify priorities, and set a reasonable timetable. Implement marketing plan, staying within the established timetable.
• Review and evaluate the analyses and plans on an established basis.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school graduate, college degree preferred.
• At least one year experience in marketing, nursing, or social work, interacting with health agencies/professionals.
• Must be organized and detailoriented.
• Must be able to effectively communicate, both in writing and orally, in English. 5. Must be computer literate.
• Must be able to interact with health professionals at all levels.
