Description

Responsibilities:

Maintaining a valid state architect's license.
Proficiency in interpreting architectural drawings.
Demonstrated proficiency in producing drawings using Revit/AutoCAD for at least 4 years.
Effective communication skills to direct teams efficiently.
Thorough understanding of the city submittal process.
Proficient in coordinating with consultants effectively.
Strong grasp of building assemblies and architectural detailing.
Able to independently manage small to medium-sized project designs with minimal supervision.
Knowledgeable about building codes and ADA design requirements.
Experienced with the California Request for Information (RFI) process and shop drawing reviews.
Confident in leading design coordination meetings.
Skilled in field observation and preparing comprehensive field observation reports.
Competent in managing project budgets and schedules.
Capable of assisting in estimating project costs and anticipated man-hours.
Familiarity with architects' and construction contracts.
Adherence to all Company and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) procedures and policies.

Required Skills:

· Revit/AutoCAD

· Microsoft Office Suite

· Knowledge of architectural drawings and city submittal process.

· Quality record keeping, strong verbal and written communications skills with

attention to detail.

· Collaborative and analytical mind with excellent problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience:

· Preferably holds an accredited degree in architecture

· 4-6 years' experience with Revit/Auto cad drawings production
