For our Eastern business segment, we are looking for an empathetic and dedicated leader as Business Segment Management (m/f/d) for vocational education in full-time.

Your main responsibilities You will take on the management, control and leadership of several locations in the Berlin area and assume economic and personnel responsibility for this region.

You will acquire and conceptualize new orders and projects, maintain contacts with public clients and further expand them. Through the continuous development of strategic goal planning, you actively contribute to the expansion of our future-oriented educational offerings.

The exploration of opportunities in educational institutions, which are offered, for example, through digitization and contemporary didactics for the development of further business areas, locations and customer groups, is also part of your tasks.

You ensure the flow of information and communication in your area of responsibility, also with the help of modern communication media.

Your qualifications For this versatile task, you ideally have a degree (e.g. in business administration or social sciences) or a comparable vocational training with additional qualifications and can demonstrate relevant professional experience in the education sector, including business know-how.

In addition to several years of leadership experience in vocational education, you bring knowledge of the regional education market and its labor market policy orientation.
