    We have an immediate opening for an Entry Level Management role with one of Sacramento's most renowned business firms

    Located in vibrant Sacramento, our business development and management firm has forged partnerships with iconic brands over the past decade, contributing directly to their nationwide recognition and growth. In response to increased client demand, we are seeking an energetic, personable, and ambitious individual to join our Entry Level Management team.

    The Entry Level Management team will engage potential customers, generate new sales from product inquiries, and play a pivotal role in our team's success. We're looking for someone to fill the Entry Level Management with untapped potential who is eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. As your skills and professionalism develop, so will your opportunities for internal growth within our Entry Level Management team. We're seeking a candidate who is not just looking for a remarkable experience but a long-term career with our Entry Level Management team.

    Entry Level Management Responsibilities:

    • Follow up promptly on consumer product inquiries
    • Educate consumers on promotions, sales, and brand benefits
    • Conduct competitive market research and propose brand awareness strategies
    • Develop negotiation skills to handle customer objections and resolve account discrepancies for successful sales closures
    • Contribute to consumer retention, brand growth, and overall profitability
    • Maintain meticulous attention to detail with new consumer accounts and acquisitions
    • Adhere to daily schedules and meet sales production targets
    • Actively engage with team members and consumers
