Job Description

:

In this role, you will be responsible for facilities management support.

You will

  • Support Managing assigned facilities and systems. Reporting to Local Facility Manager
  • Support providing employees with their facility related needs, ensuring their productivity is optimally maintained.
  • Support educating and politely ask people about social distancing protocols, mask regulation, Sanitization rules.
  • Build rapport with different teams, internal and external customers, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring corporate safety programs
  • Other Facility/Security related items as they arise and pertain to the building. Responsibilities
    Assist to site remains compliant with all policies and procedures.

  • Ensure employees work is compliant with all safety codes, follows the objectives, physical requirements, parameters, and constraints of the project, including not only the user's functional needs but also health and safety, operation, maintenance, energy efficiency, quality standards, contextual issues, and aesthetics.
  • Works with Security Team to ensure maintaining proper social distancing among building users;
  • Works with different Operation Front Line Managers (FLMs) to get the number of people, at their teams, who are willing to register for COVID Tests;
  • Help people to register/signup to take COVID tests and explain how to use the QR code scan to register;
  • Immediately report any COVID test positive result to tested individual direct leader, and to his/her direct I&L leader.
  • Works closely with the HR Team to assist individuals who tested positive.
  • Responsible to give instructions about next steps, to positive result individuals
  • Responsible for monitoring the results and alerts in portal, and prepare summaries to his/her leadership;
  • Elaborate COVID tests Report. Number of tests and their results Qualifications
  • Intermediate user of Microsoft Office Software (Excel, World and Power Point);
  • Customer Care oriented, fast thinker, handson, flexible and good communicator; Experience
    :Used to elaborate reports;

  • Used to work under pressure;
  • At least two (2) years of working experience in Facilities; Home Enterprise Reporting
