    JDE USA, based in Maynard, MA, is a rapidly growing premium consumer packaged goods company that operates as a standalone branch of JDE Peet's, the largest coffee and tea company globally. JDE Peet's operates in over 100 countries, offering a wide range of coffee & tea brands that reflect various cultural influences. JDE USA distributes Tea Forté internationally and L'OR Coffee in the U.S.

    JDE USA is looking to expand its team with the addition of an Amazon Marketplace Specialist role, responsible for managing and analyzing the Amazon business operations. This position collaborates closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience departments. The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced Ecommerce analyst who is proactive in identifying growth opportunities within the channel.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day operations such as product content, inventory, pricing, and promotions to enhance conversion rates and revenue.
    • Oversee Merchant Fulfilled orders, identifying and resolving potential issues between Amazon and internal systems to ensure timely order fulfillment.
    • Optimize inventory levels by analyzing demand and coordinating with Operations for PO's and shipments.
    • Analyze and provide daily sales, inventory, advertising, and pricing reports for various Amazon countries/brands.
    • Conduct site audits to maintain consistent Buy Box, content, and imagery standards.
    • Facilitate new product setup, including copy, imagery, keywords, and other product data.
    • Collaborate with Customer Experience team to enhance the overall customer experience and uphold a high seller rating.
    • Assist Product Development and Marketing departments by providing data for new product opportunities on Amazon.
    • Resolve listing, trademark, and seller issues to preserve Tea Forte's integrity on Amazon.
    • Manage item content during scheduled launches and provide feedback to the Product Management team.

    Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated analyst with a strong understanding of online business operations.
    • 3-5 years of experience in Amazon 3rd party (Seller Central) and direct-to-consumer within a brand environment.
    • Curiosity to experiment, optimize results, and implement learnings.
    • Proficient in data analysis and able to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
    • Professional demeanor to communicate challenges and solutions effectively to management.
    • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting with a positive attitude.
    • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
