Overview

Eravant is looking for an experienced Quality Inspector to inspect products for cosmetic, mechanical, and electrical non-conformance, prepare and preserve additional documents, reinforce quality processes, and ensure that the customer receives a product that meets the Eravant standard.

Responsibilities

Ensures that NetSuite dashboard is monitored for daily work orders submitted to QA ready for inspection.
QA inspection for cosmetic, mechanical, and electrical standards for all products. This may include accurate labels, correct waveguides, correct dimensions, and test data for various series of parts.
Responsible for outgoing QA and QC of all products before shipment, looking for any nonconformances.
Responsible for incoming QA and QC for all products received.
Audit work order entries in our company ERP system (NetSuite).
Assemble and Electrically Test Passive millimeter wave products for receiving inspection.
Follow the VRMA processes by preparing Non-Conformance Reports and Supporting Documentation for nonconforming material.
Perform NIST traceable calibration as needed for minor equipment and tools.

Qualifications

HS Diploma or equivalent. BA/BS degree in a related field a plus.
Minimum two years of relevant QA inspection experience.
Experience using basic inspection tools such as, but not limited to Calipers, Micrometers, and Height Gages.
Previous Experience writing Inspection Reports and Nonconformance Reports.
Able to read and interpret Engineering drawings.
Extreme attention to detail, organized, and accurate.
Experience with Millimeter Wave Components/Testing.
Experience working under ISO/AS9100.
Experience with programming or operating a CMM is a plus.
Previous Calibration Experience a plus.
Previous Assembly experience a plus.

Compensation
The compensation for this position is $21 - $26/hour.
