Job summary
We're hiring an entry-level to early-career Service Delivery Associate (0–3 years experience) to support enterprise hardware and IT services in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.This role is the front line of service coordination and escalation, working closely with customers, field engineers, partners, and logistics teams to ensure support requests are handled accurately, efficiently,
and on time. It's a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in enterprise IT support,
service operations,
and hardware logistics.
- Serve as the first point of contact for service coordination and customer support for OSI's enterprise hardware support services (Systain).
- Manage and triage service tickets,
ensuring timely responses
