We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Relationship Manager (m/w/d) for our headquarters in Scheßlitz (near Bamberg).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will be responsible for our customer app, coordinating with hello again and other relevant partners.
  • You will play a key role in the development of our CRM system, creating use cases and defining segmentation parameters.
  • You will analyze data from our loyalty app, create reports, and make recommendations based on the findings.
  • You will plan and execute marketing campaigns within the loyalty app to strengthen customer retention. You will also manage promotions and rewards within the app.
  • You will organize and coordinate events as part of our marketing activities.
  • You will work closely with our purchasing, e-commerce, and sales departments.
