As a Project Manager II, you will:
Manage all aspects of small projects or phases of larger projects. Coordinate the activities of a project team under the direction of a Project Manager level III or IV. Accomplish project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities.

This position is onsite at CCAC Beachwood at least two days per week. The team is all on site Wednesday and Thursday.This position does require international travel. They estimate to travel to Saudi Arabia for two weeks at a time each quarter. This would be roughly 8 weeks of international travel per year.
Responsibilities:
Manages all aspects of small projects or phases of larger projects.
Coordinates the activities of a project team under the direction of a Project Manager level III or IV.Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
Prepares and completes action plans Implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.Resolves pletes audits. Identifies trends.
Determines system improvements and implements change.
Meets financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements.
Participates in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures.
Analyzes variances and initiates corrective actions.
Sets and continually manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Other duties as assigned.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
High School diploma/GED and seven years of project management experience may substitute the degree requirement.
Associate's Degree and five years of related project management experience may substitute the degree requirement.
Certifications:
Project Management Certification (PMP) plexity of Work:Effective relationship building skills are required
Work Experience:
Three years of experience coordinating or managing various projects
Preferred Qualifications:
Will work on long distant transactions and logisticsExperience with Oracle and shippingInternational experience preferredLeading meetings with executivesAssist with passport and visa needs
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periodsAbility to operate a computer and other office equipmentAbility to communicate and exchange accurate informationAbility to travel throughout the hospital systemMust have own transportation to travel to multiple sites
Pay RangeMinimum hourly:
$25.13Maximum hourly:
$38.33The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education.
