If you're an experienced Construction Manager, familiar with Outside Plant or Telecommunications construction we would like to speak with you.

We are looking for a Construction Manager that will be responsible for day to day operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and are functioning smoothly.

Throughout the day to day operations and project(s), you will also be responsible for delegating work to first staff, subcontractors, and our own trades people.

• Demonstrates leadership in health, safety, and environmental practices.
• Perform Surveys/Walkouts
• Create workbooks within P
• Comcast
• Ensures project materials are supplied and work is completed in compliance with the all project(s) and day to day operations
• Ensures that all tasks and projects are built according to approved plans, specifications, shop drawings, and applicable building codes and that quality standards are maintained
• Develops, maintains, and drives the construction schedule in conjunction with the Underground, Ariel, and Fiber teams; ensures project milestones and completion dates are met.
• Issues materials and services purchase orders, confirms receipt of materials, and return of equipment.
• Supervises field employees; ensures their work is planned and performed efficiently and their time sheets are accurately coded
• Verifies that all crew billing is completed daily, and invoices are being submitted to client for payment (daily and weekly)
• Performs other related duties as required
