Parra Consulting Group, Inc. is currently seeking a Program Manager to support our client located at Norfolk, Virginia.- Leads the project or multiple tasks and retains overall responsibility for performance including cost, schedule, deliverables, and contractual compliance.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with senior personnel
- The Project Manager shall be responsible for ensuring conformity to contractual obligations, establishing, and maintaining master plans and schedules.
- The Project Manager shall perform daytoday management of overall contract support operations.

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- A bachelor's degree in business management, Information Technology, or Engineering are preferred.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in performing project management support services for IT Programs.
- The Project Manager shall have and maintain current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
- The Program Manager shall have an ITIL expert certification.
