Description
After successfully completing your training, you will work as a customer service technician. You will assist our customers with technical issues in household appliances or perform maintenance work.

You will be working in the field with a company vehicle, starting from your home, and your assigned region will be Stuttgart.

To prepare you for this role, you will go through all relevant training areas for the profession. This includes completing various courses at the training workshop of our partner Siemens in Stuttgart.

During the rest of your time, you will accompany our customer service technicians on their assignments, gaining early preparation for your future tasks.

The training period is 3.5 years and can be shortened under certain conditions.

The selection process is managed by our facility in Gütersloh. All relevant dates for you will take place in your assigned region of Stuttgart.
