• Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
• Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
• Handle cash and operate the cash register
• Monitor inventory levels, order, and restock bar supplies as needed

• Proficiency in math for measuring ingredients and handling transactions
• Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register
• Knowledge of restaurant or bar operations
• Familiarity with brewing techniques and cocktail recipes
• Ability to manage a diverse staff
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Understanding of food safety regulations
• Ability to work weekends and create schedules for team
