The Opportunity Position is onsite, at our Ontario, CA facility.

Your Impact Prepare interview/assessment packs as directed.- Ensure delivery of offer/post offer/new hire paperwork and processes (Contracts of employment, reference checks, travel expenses), according to market practices.- Coordinate the pre-employment requirements according to market practices. As directed by the TA Lead, use relevant systems and tools in the production of relevant management information, metrics, talent dashboard relating to talent acquisition activity and statistics.


What You Bring- 1+ years experience providing written correspondence to applicants and hiring team.- 1+ years of experience supporting high-volume administrative tasks.- 1+ years experience supporting conflicting and concurrent administrative tasks.- 1+ years of experience escalating relevant issues.- Some experience working in an environment with performance metrics.- Some experience with social media tools for commercial purposes.- Experience using Outlook and Teams for scheduling and internal correspondence.

Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
