Your job profile:

  • You will support the Supplier Quality Engineers in handling quality issues with suppliers and in optimizing part quality.
  • Organizing and planning incoming goods inspection in the sample construction department, as well as creating inspection plans in SAP QM, are among your tasks.
  • You will systematically process supplier complaints in the sample construction department, including communication with and to suppliers.
  • In addition, you will conduct CIP/KVP meetings and act as escalation level 1 for suppliers in case of quality complaints.

This is what sets you apart:

  • You have successfully completed your technical education and have relevant previous experience - preferably with a master's degree.
  • You have several years of professional experience in the field of quality assurance, ideally in the automotive industry.
  • You have experience in incoming goods inspection, complaint processing, and the 8D process.
  • You have good knowledge of reading technical drawings and experience with measuring and testing equipment.
  • You have very good German and good English skills, and ideally also knowledge of SAP QM.
