- Coordinate, prepare, and review loan packages accurately for timely delivery to closing agents.
- Complete post-closing processing of files.
- Resolve customer or employee issues related to loan accounts.
- Follow up with customers and Lenders for necessary information.
- Act as the primary contact person for Realtors and Title Companies during closings.
- Assist in daily operations and special events of commercial and residential lending.
- Perform data entry, transaction processing, and account reconciliation with precision.
- Support other departments as needed to ensure overall success.
- Education: High school diploma or GED completion required.
- Work Experience: Previous banking or loan processing experience preferred.
- Skills and Knowledge: Familiarity with Government Regulations, industry procedures, and Loan Programs desired. Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Office required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Efficiently use computer and business machines.
