Working out of our Scottsdale office in the Operations Department, we are looking for our next Operations Representative.

OPERATIONS REPRESENTATIVE

What the Job Entails:


  • Create and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships.
  • Manage day to day transportation operations including but not limited to load building, dispatching, tracking, & scheduling shipments
  • Ensure all required shipping documentation is prepared.
  • Maintain effective and professional communication both internally and externally within a timely manner.
  • Assist with cost negotiation on shipments.
  • Collaborate with both carrier and sales teams.
  • Continue to follow standard operating procedures.

What We Are Looking For:


  • High School Diploma
- >2-year experience in the logistics and supply chain industry

  • Customer Operations experience within the industry preferred.
  • Problem solving skills, detailoriented, high level of multitasking skills.
  • Outgoing personality, high energy, flexible
  • Great attitude and desire to work hard.
  • Team player mentality
