We are currently seeking a Human Resources Officer (m/f/d) for our HR department at our location in Jacksonville, AR.

Your responsibilities:

Comprehensive consultation for a defined group of managers on all personnel and labor law issues
Process responsibility and quality assurance for internal and external recruiting
Coaching of managers, for example in employee development or in the BEM process
HR projects: optimizing and implementing processes & tools (e.g. digitalization)
Trustful cooperation with the works council
Preparation and creation of works agreements
Supporting managers in disciplinary measures (e.g. performance reviews, warnings, terminations) including correspondence
Assisting with budget planning, analysis, and monitoring of relevant HR key figures

Your profile:

Commercial apprenticeship with further training as a personnel specialist (m/f/d) or relevant degree (e.g. business administration) with a focus on human resources management
Professional experience in human resources management in an industrial company as a consultant/HR business partner
Indepth knowledge of wage tax, social security, labor law, and works constitution law
Profound knowledge
