The State Sports Association North Rhine-Westphalia e. V. is the umbrella organization for non-profit organized sports in North Rhine-Westphalia. In this function, it represents the interests of sports enthusiasts in approximately sports clubs in NRW. In the "Education and Qualification" department, we develop and manage qualification programs. We also advise dedicated individuals in sports clubs and prepare them for current and future tasks. Our dedicated team "Service/Qualification" is responsible for important tasks for organized sports.

Would you like to support us? We are currently looking for a clerk for user support & digital infrastructure (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

The place of work is Duisburg. The working hours are 39 hours/week.

Your tasks:
Consultation & support for external users of our digital systems (e.g. Shopware, Moodle, Eyebase, our LSB administrative software)

Consultation & support for participants in qualification measures regarding the licensing system (content and technical support) Continuous updating & maintenance of our software systems Further development of the ticketing system "Qualification" Creation of documentation for all tickets and description of workflows Support in the implementation and use of new software You bring with you:

A commercial apprenticeship or training as an IT system salesman / IT system saleswoman (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification Relevant professional experience, preferably in the field of organized sports or in IT support/user support, is desirable.
