About the Role
NRI Staffing is seeking motivated and detail-oriented recent graduates who are eager to launch their professional careers.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, driven, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment.
Depending on client needs, roles may be offered on a full-time, contract, or temp-to-hire basis throughout the DMV area.Key Responsibilities
Support daily operational and administrative tasks across departments
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed
Assist with project coordination and documentation
Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy
Participate in meetings and contribute ideas and solutions
Take ownership of assigned tasks and meet established deadlines
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree completed within the past 0–2 years
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
High level of organization and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred (Not Required)
Internship or part-time work experience
Exposure to professional office environments
Basic data analysis or reporting experience
