Description
We are building the Business Transformation team to help create and improve processes and systems for Scale.

The Business Transformation team is responsible for improving strategic, financial and operational decisions by partnering with the leadership team in making critical decisions across Scale.


You will:

  • Act as the primary business partner for Finance and Accounting to drive process improvements within key workflows such as Accounting monthend close, financial reporting, planning, billings, revenue, etc.
  • Play a key role in helping reduce the current Accounting monthend close process
  • Partner with Finance to continue to translate G Sheet models into our planning system
  • Build trusted partnerships with many stakeholders (e.g. GTM, Operations, EPD, People Operations, Legal, etc.) to collaborate, identify risks and establish transparency to mitigate unexpected impacts to the Finance and Accounting teams
  • Drive the company's tooling strategy and execution of critical initiatives (e.g. quotetocash, invoicing, and procuretopay)
  • Create and maintain an inventory of core finance processes, systems, and tools

Ideally you'd have:

  • Bachelor's degree with a major in Information Technology and / or Finance and / or Accounting
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience around Finance / Accounting process and systems implementation lifecycles
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies and leading organizational transformation practices

  • The base salary range for this fulltime position in the locations of San Francisco, New York, Seattle is:
  • $108,000—$135,000 USD
