    Base Salary Range:
    $150,000 to $180,000/year

    Position Overview:
    The Senior Construction Superintendent - Multifamily is responsible for leading a team of construction professionals on multifamily projects and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the standards of quality and safety set by the company

    Key Responsibilities:
    Plan, coordinate, and oversee the daily operations of the construction project from start to finish.
    Manage the budget, timeline, and quality of the projects.
    Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
    Prepare project reports and presentations to stakeholders and leadership.
    Develop project plans and work with subcontractors to ensure successful completion.
    Ensure all personnel involved in the project are properly trained in safety policies and procedures.
    Supervise and monitor activities to ensure quality, progress, and compliance.
    Conduct quality control inspections and make recommendations for improvement.
    Address any issues or problems that arise during the project.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.5+ years of experience in a construction superintendent role.
    Thorough understanding of construction regulations and best practices.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Procore or other construction software.
    Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
    Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate to team members.
    Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
    Commitment to quality improvement.
